the glen detail (The Glen)

The Glen is Night City's new seat of government, rebuilt on corporate
money after the war. City Hall, the Hall of Justice and NCPD Precinct #1 stand
here, along with the green lawn of Night City Plaza, its statue of the city's
founder and enough cameras to watch every blade of grass.

It is a Corporate district. NCPD patrols are close and answer fast;
starting a fight here is a quick way to meet them. Player fighting is not
allowed.

Down at the edge of The Glen the money runs out and the Old Combat Zone
begins: the original gang district, hand-built and armed. There, nobody is
coming to help you, and other players can attack you.

The pilot covers The Glen and that first stretch of the Old Combat Zone. More
of the city opens in later phases.
